YOUR MISSION
As an Associate Artist, Motion Design, you will use a wide range of animation, visual effects, and compositing techniques to create visually compelling and impactful motion elements. This role must execute a wide range of generalist tasks at a high level of visual quality, while working efficiently and intelligently under tight deadlines to support motion assets for marketing campaigns including gameplay trailers, social content, and in-game promotional elements.

Activision Marketing Creative is our internal team of over 80 artists and producers, crafting high-quality art and video in support of our iconic titles. Our Motion Design team is composed of five veteran artists who collaborate in a team culture built on excellence, growth, and respect. This role reports to the Associate Creative Director, Motion Design.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $21.63 - $40.02 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
