Partners is seeking an Associate/ Analyst to join a top performing investment sales team in Austin. In this role, you'll support producers directly, handling the research and data work that sharpens deal flow and client targeting. Over time, you'll take on direct prospecting and client-facing responsibilities, with a clear path toward full production.


This role is designed for someone early in their commercial real estate career who is eager to build foundational skills in research, prospecting, and transaction support while developing the habits and relationships required to grow into a producing broker.

What You’ll Do


Research & Data

  • Comp research, collection, and report preparation for broker use
  • Ownership research on target properties and portfolios
  • Market research across target CRE submarkets
  • Foreclosure list review and lead identification
  • Broker Price Opinions (BPOs)
  • Database management and ongoing maintenance

Prospecting & Client-Facing

  • Prospect list creation and segmentation
  • Cold calling and outbound outreach campaigns
  • Answering, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads
  • Conducting property tours with prospective clients
  • Researching and calling on development sites



What We’re Looking For


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Texas Real Estate License or the desire and ability to become licensed within 4 months of employment

Every task you do as an Analyst maps directly to what our producing brokers do every day — you’re just doing it in service of the team while you learn the business.
