  • Assist the head coach in training sessions with tactical and technical input. Designing and planning training sessions around the teams need from week to week.
  • Be present on sidelines during games, giving the head coach ideas and tactical strategies to help the team see success.
  • Assist with team warmups and pre game preparations in order to get the team ready to play.
  • Assist with travel arrangements: Hotel bookings, meal choices, travel schedules and itineraries.
  • Assist with driving state issued vehicles when needed by head coach and doesn’t conflict with other coaches main responsibilities.
  • Assist the head coach in creating a fun and competitive environment for the players to grow and develop as both a student and an athlete.
  • Assist the head coach in creating pathways for players to transfer on to the four year level once they graduate from Snow College.
