It will also require 2 trips a year to India to visit the offshore team.
We're partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-state behavioral health organization seeking a Revenue Cycle leader to help drive the next phase of operational excellence across mental health, substance use disorder (SUD), addiction treatment, and telehealth services.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading revenue cycle operations across a national behavioral health platform
- Driving improvements in AR, denials, collections, reimbursement, cash acceleration, and revenue integrity
- Optimizing workflows, reporting, systems, and operational processes to support continued growth
- Partnering with clinical operations, finance, compliance, utilization management, and executive leadership
- Leading and developing both domestic and offshore revenue cycle teams
- Creating KPI-driven accountability and performance management structures
- Supporting payer strategy, reimbursement optimization, and denial prevention initiatives
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience
- Experience within behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder treatment, addiction services, psychiatric services, or related healthcare settings
- Proven success improving revenue cycle KPIs and operational performance
- Strong background in process improvement, change management, and systems optimization
- Experience leading large, multi-functional teams in multi-site healthcare organizations
- Strong analytical and operational leadership skills with the ability to turn data into action
