Job Title: Global Fund Finance - PE Strategies AVP

Overview:

This role sits within a global investment management firm specializing in multi-asset private markets strategies. The firm manages a diverse range of private equity and alternative investment funds for institutional and high-net-worth investors. The Fund Finance team supports fund operations by overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and investor-related activities across these vehicles, while partnering closely with investment and portfolio management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily cash movements and investment activity across multiple funds
• Monitor and report on credit facility usage and activity
• Review journal entries and perform general ledger account analysis
• Coordinate capital calls and investor distributions
• Review fund-level waterfall calculations
• Oversee management fee calculations and related billing processes
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports, including audited financial statements and disclosures
• Produce quarterly capital account statements for investors
• Assist in the preparation of corporate reporting packages
• Respond to investor inquiries and support investor relations processes
• Manage regulatory reporting filings (e.g., Form PF, AIFMD)
• Collaborate with tax teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting data
• Support special projects and ad hoc internal requests
