Assistant Superintendent

We’re hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on ground-up multifamily projects. This role is responsible for daily quality control, coordinating inspections, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily site walks to monitor quality, safety, and schedule
• Coordinate and walk inspections and unit turns
• Assist in managing subcontractors, site logistics, and safety compliance
• Support project scheduling, material coordination, and overall field operations
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec

Qualifications

• 6 months–2 years of construction experience (multifamily preferred)
• Ability to read plans and construction documents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with basic technology (MS Office, field software)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites
