Minimum 3 years managing a team of 4+

Maintain Schedules and Monitor Attendance  

Recruitment, Interviewing, and Training  

Intermediate Excel skills to build and run reports


Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Experience: Support the achievement of sales goals through strong floor leadership, team motivation, and proactive client engagement. Deliver and model a consistent, elevated client experience aligned with brand standards and luxury service expectations. Support client development and CRM initiatives to drive retention and long-term growth, while monitoring performance and coaching team members to maximize productivity.


Team Management: Demonstrate understanding of and ability to implement and enforce store policy, procedures, brand standards, and display guidelines. Responsible for independently leading the junior staff in best practices, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. Provide Store Manager feedback on individual team members’ performance for the purpose of evaluations, promotions, and any change of employment status.  


Daily Operations: Assist store manager with all aspects of day-to-day operations.


Reporting to Corporate team: In the absence of the store manager, keep the corporate office informed of daily operations, needs, and challenges as they arise to ensure the store is supported.
