Assistant QPC Engineer

Requirements: 

• Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc. in workplace
• Ensuring quality & process control during working as per QC guidelines
• Overall, in charge to ensure of dispatch of correct products with correct documentation as per customer and statutory requirements
• Take active part in production planning and prepare/communicate daily weekly monthly dispatch plan.
• Coordination with sales team for dispatch releases and communicate to operation team for planning
• Ensuring placing of trucks/finalization of transporter as & when require.
• Ensuring reporting of all dispatch figure as & when require.  
• Providing training to team to upgrade their skill and overall work culture
• Ensuring stock taking and match with book stock on regular basis.
• Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)  
• Participation in all EHS initiatives  
• Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
• Ensuring proper coordination with other departments  
• Ensuring 5S of workplace and maintain dashboard. 

Profile/Competencies:

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (PCM) (Regular Course)
• Work Experience: 2-5 Years in similar role (preferably refractory industry)
• Experience on MS Office and Email Handling
