Duties Include:


  • Promote the community through effective communication, resident outreach, and appropriate use of social media platforms.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance property visibility and occupancy.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating resident events and engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Community Manager, including reporting, correspondence, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain organized and accurate files for residents, vendors, and property operations.
  • Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, and in‐person inquiries.
  • Assist with rent collection, posting payments, monitoring delinquencies, and preparing reports as required.
  • Support eviction processes by coordinating notices and documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate resident and financial records within property management systems.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, lease terms, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist with move‐in and move‐out processes, including inspections and documentation.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure work orders are tracked and completed efficiently.
  • Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, and provide accurate information regarding community features, availability, and pricing.
  • Process rental applications, verify documentation, and coordinate approvals in accordance with company standards and fair housing regulations.
  • Prepare, administer, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and addenda.
  • Support resident retention efforts by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:

HS Diploma OR GED

At least 2 years' experience in property management

Profiecent in Microsoft Office
