The Assistant Project Manager (MEPF) oversees the technical scope, cost, schedule, and performance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems and building infrastructure throughout the design and construction phases. This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of design coordination, installation, and turnover plans. Additionally, the APM proactively manages risks associated with MEPF system installation, startup, and potential operational impacts on existing facilities.
