Assistant Project Manager II (MEPF)

The Assistant Project Manager (MEPF) oversees the technical scope, cost, schedule, and performance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems and building infrastructure throughout the design and construction phases. This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of design coordination, installation, and turnover plans. Additionally, the APM proactively manages risks associated with MEPF system installation, startup, and potential operational impacts on existing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for MEPF systems
• Manage MEPF design scope and ensure alignment with operational requirements
• Assist with estimation and bidding process
• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+years' of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure (airport preferred)
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing and utilities, fire protection/life safety systems, building automation and controls.
