Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Development

Responsibilities
•Support day-to-day coordination of healthcare development projects
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation
• Work closely with development leadership, consultants, and construction partners
• Help track project progress from early planning through construction and delivery
• Support communication between ownership, design teams, and contractors
• Maintain organized project records and reporting
Qualifications
• Experience working on healthcare construction or healthcare development projects
• Background supporting project teams within construction, development, or commercial real estate
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities and coordination efforts
• Interest in continuing to grow within healthcare real estate development
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related
This role is based in Fort Worth and will support healthcare development projects throughout Texas, including Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, Plano, Irving, and surrounding communities.
