  • Demonstrates technical nursing skills (as documented in unit skills list).
  • Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients.
  • Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
  • Documentation of the nursing process as required by hospital standards.
  • Assumes responsibility for pursuing continued training and education.
  • Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize efficiently.

Job Requirements

Required

  • 2-3 years experience as an ER RN
  • Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 30 Days
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 30 Days
