Title: Assistant Matter Mobility Reviewer/ Legal Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid 2– 3 days onsite)-- flexible on the days
Contract Duration: Until 12/31/2026, with a high chance of extension and/or conversion
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour (W2) depending on experience
GENERAL PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Information Governance Manager, the Assistant Matter Mobility Reviewer will be responsible for review of physical and electronic documents related to outgoing matters transfers according to established guidelines and procedures.

This position may require travel.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to move and manipulate physical files, binders, and other media associated with outgoing transfers, including lift boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Requires a 2-year degree or work equivalent experience in a law firm setting.

Unless hired to work an alternative shift, employees are expected to work during regular business hours, ranging from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
Will work in a standard office environment, a home office or other dedicated work space with frequent usage of standard office equipment tools, software and communications platforms; including, but not limited to a personal computer, video conferencing, instant messaging copy/scanning machine, and telephone. Overtime hours or hours beyond normal business hours may be required to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.[1]
