In this role, you will overseeing the day-to-day banquet operations. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Banquets, overseeing 1 Banquet Manager and a team of 80 Front-of-House Banquet staff and Banquet Set-Up Team Members.
We’re seeking a dynamic leader to elevate our banquet operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong, confident personality paired with the ability to engage, motivate, and hold the team accountable. This role requires sharp attention to detail, the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, and the confidence to address challenges directly with any team member. Candidates should have proven experience leading teams in a fast paced environment, with a perference for those who have worked in union settings.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
