Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Banquets
In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside the Director of Banquets to oversee front-of-house and beverage operations, ensuring events are executed efficiently, consistently, and to standard. You’ll be actively involved in staffing, event setup and execution, and real-time problem-solving while maintaining service, safety, and alcohol compliance standards. Success in this role comes from strong operational awareness, clear communication, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Weekends, evenings, and holiday availability are a must.
What You’ll Do:
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 3 years of banquet management experience in a large hotel or convention center environment (500+ room property required).
• Strong beverage operations experience required.
• Prior experience in banquet or event spaces exceeding 75,000 sq. ft. preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
