Assistant County Attorney I

The Pinellas County Attorney’s Office is seeking an attorney to provide legal guidance and transactional support to Pinellas County government officials, agencies, departments, boards, and other legal representation as assigned. It is anticipated that the successful candidate may be assigned labor and employment law representation as well as other areas of law. Background in general local government representation is preferred, and background in governmental labor and employment law is strongly preferred. Requires admission to The Florida Bar.
The starting salary for this position will be between $81,161.60 and $105,518.40 depending on applicable experience and is expected to be filled at or near the lower end of the range.
