Prepare purchase orders, ensure accuracy, and track order status from placement to delivery.
Maintain up-to-date product information including pricing and product details
Open purchase order follow-up and ETA system updates
Address Purchase Requisitions in a timely and efficient manner
Operational & Administrative Tasks
Track and maintain report on international shipments communicating upcoming deliveries to receiving and inventory to ensure adequate resources for the storage and receipt of the material
Maintain up-to-date product information including pricing and product details
Other duties as assigned.
