Company Overview
Citrine Investment Group is a purpose-driven real estate investment firm that combines institutional rigor with entrepreneurial agility and a hands-on approach to value creation.
We focus exclusively on senior housing, which we believe is one of the most compelling sectors in real estate today. Citrine specializes in assisted living, memory care, independent living, and CCRC turnarounds, with a national footprint and a focus on transforming undercapitalized and transitional assets through operational improvement, strategic repositioning, and disciplined investment execution.
