Asset Management Operations Analyst- Entry-Level

Location: Chicago, IL (must reside within commutable distance)

Comp: $68-75K/year


We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global financial services firm seeking an Asset Management Operations Analyst to support client onboarding and account lifecycle processes within their investment management business.


This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with exposure to multiple teams across operations, client services, and investment products.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support client onboarding and account lifecycle management across a range of investment products
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams including sales, product, and compliance
  • Ensure onboarding documentation and due diligence requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Assist with account maintenance, issue resolution, and client-related operational requests
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience
  • Contribute to reporting, reviews, and ad hoc operational initiatives


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or client support
  • Exposure to onboarding, KYC/CIP, or account management processes is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear communicator with a client-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
