(2nd Shift): Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-1:00am
Pay Rate:
$17.00–$20.70 per hour, depending on experience and shift
Position Summary
The Assembler supports the production of compressors by assembling components using hand tools and following detailed work instructions. This role focuses on mechanical assembly, part fitment, and quality checks to ensure compressors meet production and safety standards. After completing training on 2nd shift, the employee transitions to a regular 3rd shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in assembly, warehouse operations, or manufacturing (HVAC sector experience is a plus).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills for inventory systems, data entry, and shipping documentation.
Work Environment
Fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Regular interaction with forklifts, pallet jacks, and industrial equipment.
Must follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.90/hr.
