Assembly Technician – Flowcell Assembler
Location: Chaska, MN (Paid Training in Miami, FL)
Shift: First Shift
Pay Rate: $24–$28 per hour, based on experience
About the RoleWe are hiring an Assembly Technician to play a critical role in the build and testing of high‑performance diagnostic instruments used in patient care around the world. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys precision work, complex mechanical assembly, and contributing to products that directly impact patient outcomes.
You will work in a regulated manufacturing environment, assembling and testing advanced modules, often using microscopes and fine components. This role also offers growth opportunities through technical leadership and mentorship as the production team expands.
Training & LocationThe position begins with paid training in Miami, FL, consisting of two‑week sessions each month from your start date through early September. Following training, you will transition to Chaska, MN, where you will support production launch activities, knowledge transfer, and on‑the‑job training for new team members. A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor others are essential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
