Your Role

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll be the engine behind our machinery production. You won't just follow instructions; you'll master complex blueprints to build high-quality industrial equipment.

• Precision Building:Assemble machinery by interpreting detailed schematics and blueprints.
• Tool Mastery:Utilize precision instruments (micrometers, calipers) and power tools to ensure every build meets elite standards.
• Collaboration:Work alongside different departments for post-assembly inspections and quality checks.
• Preparation:Manage your workflow by gathering materials and completing layout preparations.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience:Proven experience in industrial or mechanical assembly.
• Technical Literacy:Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints with ease.
• Precision:Skilled with hand/power tools and accurate measuring equipment.
• Physicality:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift.
• Readiness:A valid passport (for your international training!) and a commitment to safety (steel-toed shoes required).

Shift Details

• Initial Schedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Upcoming Schedule:Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Get your Fridays back!).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monee, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Monee,IL.
