Job Description
The General Laborer supports daily production in a fabrication shop by performing a wide range of physical and assembly-related tasks. This role focuses primarily on parting out metal components, operating basic power tools, organizing and moving materials, and keeping work areas clean and safe. The position works closely with skilled trades professionals to ensure efficient workflow and accurate assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a fabrication shop with a small, close-knit team, including a night shift team of approximately six employees. The culture is very family oriented and strongly focused on the employee, creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. The shop environment involves working around metal fabrication processes and power tools, with regular physical activity such as lifting, moving materials, and standing for most of the shift. The dress code is casual and practical, typically jeans, a T-shirt, and steel-toe shoes to support safety and comfort on the shop floor.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
