Job description:
Title: Production Assembler /Tester
Reports To: Production Team Lead
Responsibilities:
Use a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment
Follow work instructions to correctly assemble, program, and set up monitors
Gas calibrate and test all monitors
Complete and fill out technical data, instrument records, and equipment serial number
records
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations
Any other duties as assigned by management
Knowledge/Skills
High School diploma or GED
Proficient in Surface Mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques (Hand
Soldering, Rework)
Able to read and interpret production schematics, assembly drawings and wiring
diagrams
Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organized individual with attention to detail
