Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Associates to join a growing, long-term team in Spokane Valley. This is a hands-on role offering stability, growth opportunities, and strong benefits.

As a Warehouse Associate (Swing Shift Loader), you’ll split your shift between order pulling and truck loading.

• First half: Pull orders and stock bins
• Second half: Load trucks and prepare shipments

You’ll handle construction materials like doors, decking, and moulding in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Pull, stage, and load orders for shipment
• Operate sit-down forklifts (5,000 lb gas) and combilifts
• Map, scan, and load trucks accurately
• Assist with inventory, RF scanning, shipping, and receiving
• Maintain productivity and a positive attitude

• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable around paint, chemicals, and sawdust
• Warehouse or construction experience is a plus

• Shift differential after conversion

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
