Entry‑Level Assembler Technician

Shift Options & Pay

Choose the shift that works best for you:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $19/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday — $20/hour
  • Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Friday–Sunday — $21/hour

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, pays attention to detail, and wants to start or grow a career in manufacturing. No advanced experience required — we will train the right candidate.

As an Assembler Technician, you will help build quick‑release couplings used in motion and control systems worldwide. Your work helps ensure products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble parts using hand tools and basic assembly equipment
  • Inspect and test parts to make sure they meet quality requirements
  • Package completed assemblies for shipment
  • Follow written work instructions and safety guidelines
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and dependable work pace

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience
  • Any experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, general labor, or packaging
  • Ability to use small tools and perform basic inspections
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Additional Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
