Job Description
We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team for an exciting new product line. As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling fans and fan components specifically designed for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. Candidates with electrical experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment
Climate controlled environment. Safety-toed shoes are required. Orientation and training are provided on the 1st shift, with a one to two-week training period before transitioning to the 2nd shift or 3rd. Occasionally, voluntary weekend shifts may be available.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
