Assembler
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our operations team on 1st shift. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly or machine experience who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic machines and perform assembly work
- Print and apply labels to parts and products
- Apply oxide inhibitor to aluminum connectors
- Insert screws and caps into insulated connectors
- Assist with machine setups as needed
- Operate drilling and tapping machines
- Support grounding assembly processes
- Assist with small presses and tapping for grounding
- Confirm inventory and submit tickets to the materials manager
- Maintain knowledge of parts and subassemblies
- Work as part of the operations team, supporting coworkers and contributing ideas for process improvement
Job Requirements
- Basic machine operation experience
- Assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused
- Self-directed and dependable
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks
