Join a specialized New Product Introduction (NPI) team assembling medical devices in the earliest stage of production, before they move into full-scale manufacturing. In this role, you assemble diagnostic machines, blood analyzers, heart monitors, and related products by following detailed digital work instructions and Travelers, using hand tools and torque wrenches while maintaining accurate documentation and high quality standards.

Work Environment
The facility is clean, comfortable, and well lit, dedicated to building medical instruments in a regulated production environment that is not a clean room. The culture is laid back, with a casual dress code of jeans and a collared shirt. Team members use computers throughout the day for digital work instructions and data entry, and regularly work with hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches at their workstations. Standard hours are a first shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the expectation of overtime before the shift starting as early as 5:00 a.m. and some Saturday work, particularly during the third and fourth quarters, with scheduling coordinated in advance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
