Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler 1, General to join their team. As an integral part of the manufacturing department, you will support the assembly, testing, and packaging of vital medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.

Job Title: Assembler 1, General

Location: Zelienople, PA

Pay Range: $13.37

Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
• Set up, operate, and perform maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specified standards
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods to maintain quality guidelines
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure smooth production flow

What's Needed?

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration
• Ability to read, write, interpret specifications, and perform basic math calculations
