Legacy Mutual Mortgage is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure across all office locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network environment while supporting the day-to-day technological needs of the business. This role requires a technically skilled professional with a strong understanding of enterprise networking, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to support operational continuity and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, including System Administrators, Support Technicians, and Network Engineers.
• Assign and manage tasks, ensuring timely completion of all projects and tickets.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support when necessary.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

Network Infrastructure & Administration

• Administer and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points across multiple office locations.
• Configure, monitor, and manage Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, and SonicWall network devices.
• Manage firewall policies, NAT rules, VPN tunnels (site-to-site and remote access), and network segmentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams, device inventories, IPAM records, and change logs.
