Pay Range: $25–$32/hour
Overview
A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking Aseptic Filling Operators to support sterile injectable production operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product sterility, quality, and compliance within a regulated cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate has hands‑on aseptic filling experience and a strong understanding of GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot aseptic filling equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Perform visual inspection of sterile injectable vials to ensure product quality and integrity
- Maintain strict adherence to GMPs, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom protocols
- Accurately document production activities, batch records, and inspection results
- Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to support daily operations
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and contamination control practices
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing
- Hands‑on experience working in aseptic filling and cleanroom environments
- Strong understanding of GMP compliance and regulatory standards
- Comfortable working onsite in a controlled manufacturing environment
Plusses
- Experience with sterile injectable or parenteral drug manufacturing
- Familiarity with automated filling lines and inspection equipment
- Experience following detailed SOPs and batch documentation
