The Role

We’re looking for an Art Direction / Design Intern who thinks in ideas and brings them to life visually. You’ll work alongside writers, designers, and strategists to concept and create across channels—contributing to real client work from day one.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to make, not just observe.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with copywriters and creatives to concept campaign ideas
• Design visual assets across digital, social, and brand touchpoints
• Help build out presentations and visual systems
• Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews
• Refine work based on feedback and direction

What We’re Looking For

• A student or recent grad in Design, Advertising, or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual thinking and craft
• Foundation in design principles (layout, typography, hierarchy)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
• Attention to detail and a clear point of view
• Curiosity and willingness to push ideas further

Bonus If You…

• Think in ideas, not just executions
• Have experience with motion, video, or content creation
• Are comfortable presenting your work and talking through your thinking
• Pay attention to culture and what makes people care
