Area Reliability Technicians (ARTs) are responsible for troubleshooting various basic-level competencies such as pneumatic, hydraulic, AC/DC electrical systems, automation & instrumentation, and mechanical systems on all process and packaging equipment with minimal guidance. Working as part of a team, they maintain and repair equipment in a fast-paced, high-production environment, prioritizing multiple mechanical/electrical tasks and administrative duties.
ARTs ensure all planned maintenance work is completed or handed over to the next shift as required. They also play a significant role in supporting the rollout of Manufacturing Systems Excellence (MSE) within their assigned area, providing technical training to operators. This role involves flexible hours Monday to Friday / Weekends and includes supporting, AMLs, maintenance shutdowns and operational improvement opportunities. ARTs report directly to the Reliability Manager. Work in capacity in case of an absence from the Areas AML as needed. This position requires a proactive individual capable of working independently and as part of a team, with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
