Architectural Sales - Education / Parks & Recreation
Our client is a leading manufacturer of recreation equipment and amenities. Seeking an Architectural Sales Representative that is extremely driven by selling a product they can be excited and passionate about in the marketplace. Target focus includes: Architectural Contractors and Landscape Contractors. Presentations are made to clients (Lunch and Learns), therefore you must possess strong presentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable selling a complex product as well as a longer sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
- Min. 3+ years of B2B Sales experience selling construction sales and/or architectural sales
- Background working in or with architecture offices
- Knowledge/Understanding of Architecture industry and landscape architecture
- Proven track record of cold calling and prospecting, ideally within the construction industry
- Seeking sales backgrounds with experience selling new business as well as relationship sales
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM required
- Ability to travel within territory and attend American Institute of Architects / American Society of Landscape Architects events/meetings
Offering:
- Base Salary $100,000 + Bonus
- Year 1 @ plan $150,000 with no cap
- Quarterly and Year-end Bonus Incentive
- Expenses: Car Allowance + Gas, Travel
