Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations
  • Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines using DevOps Center or Git
  • Define branching strategies, coding standards, and secure development practices
  • Manage full release lifecycle (sandbox strategy, deployment, validation, cut-over)
  • Oversee integration solutions (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft)
  • Ensure code quality via reviews, testing, and security compliance
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and teams
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct design reviews
  • Improve DevOps processes and deployment efficiency
  • Manage production support and critical issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and GDPR
