Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations
- Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines using DevOps Center or Git
- Define branching strategies, coding standards, and secure development practices
- Manage full release lifecycle (sandbox strategy, deployment, validation, cut-over)
- Oversee integration solutions (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft)
- Ensure code quality via reviews, testing, and security compliance
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and teams
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct design reviews
- Improve DevOps processes and deployment efficiency
- Manage production support and critical issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and GDPR
