We’re hiring an experienced IT Leader to drive strategy, operations, and team development across store systems and applications.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead and develop a high‑performing IT team through coaching and mentorship
• Drive operational excellence, system availability, and SLA performance
• Own store systems strategy, releases, and ongoing support
• Partner with business leaders to align IT initiatives with business goals
• Oversee application development, vendor management, and budgets
• Support new store openings and 24x7 operations environment
• Improve processes, controls, and cross‑team collaboration
What you’ll bring:
• 5+ years IT Management (Applications Development & Project Management)
• 5+ years Oracle Retail POS XStore experience
• Strong understanding of store systems, payments, and authorization flows
• Proven leadership across multi‑disciplinary teams
• Experience managing vendors and third‑party resources
• Excellent communication and strategic decision‑making skills
