Salary/Rate $40–$45 per hour (W2), depending on experience and qualifications. This represents a good-faith estimate based on market data and may vary based on skills, experience, education, and location in accordance with applicable law.

Job Summary

The OnePlan Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of the OnePlan platform to support project portfolio management (PPM) processes. This role partners closely with PMO leadership and business stakeholders to enhance governance, reporting, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and experience supporting enterprise PPM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and optimize the OnePlan platform for portfolio, project, and resource management
  • Collaborate with PMO leadership to align system functionality with governance, intake, and prioritization processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and Excel-based analytics for leadership and finance teams
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, system gaps, and process inefficiencies
  • Support user onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendor support, system upgrades, and enhancements
  • Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and best practices
  • Support integrations with other enterprise tools and reporting systems
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience administering OnePlan or similar enterprise PPM tools
  • Strong knowledge of project, portfolio, and resource management principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis)
  • Experience supporting PMO governance frameworks and enterprise IT environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Work Requirements

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-office presence as required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and systems
  • May require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer
