Apartment Turnover Technician / Make Ready

Description

Indigo Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Apartment Turnover Technician / Make Ready

Duties:

• Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-readies / turns)
• Complete basic repairs: painting, light plumbing, minor electrical, fixtures, and touch-ups
• Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to meet deadlines
• Ensure each apartment is clean, safe, and move-in ready
• Report any larger maintenance issues

Requirements

• Experience in apartment make-ready, maintenance, or general labor preferred
• Basic knowledge of painting, repairs, and cleaning
• Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
