Apartment Search Locating is a mix of Customer Service/Marketing/Advisor… and you can make GREAT annual income! In year one, higher earners on average make around $150k and our lower annual income is $80k on average. It is 100% People Focused and is a role that helps people solve one of the most stressful problems they face – figuring out which Apartment in our growing city of Nashville is right for them!

This “Apartment Search Consultant” (or “ASC” for short) meets a client looking for an apartment person looking for a new apartment, learns their unique preferences, uses what they are taught in our world class training to show options from the 200+ apartment communities we work with, takes those clients on tours of their top selections, and helps them through the application process to sign their favorite one. That’s in! Then they moved in, and that’s when our ASC earns their commission!

Breaking the role down further:

50% of the role is People Interaction:

• Getting to know the person on an introductory, consultative visit to learn their tastes and preferences in an Apartment
• Tour their top 3 options with them
• Finish the process at the office helping them

50% of this role - “Marketing” (NOT Sales)

• This Apartment Search Consultant is acting as an Advisor throughout the entire process; we are never in a position where we are “trying to sell” the client on anything. We’re purely advising using our expertise of the entire Nashville apartment landscape to find their perfect place!
• The Marketing plan we will teach you is part of our “Secret Sauce” and involves over 10+ Digital and Human-centered sources to attract clients that are already in the market looking for their apartment.

• In-depth training! – we’ve built a world class training program, including the first 2 weeks that is very intensive. This is followed by getting assigned a mentor for the next 6 months (there’s an entire system involved with this that is proven to help new ASC’s be successful!)
• Amazing mentor access – The Founder of this company has been in Apartment Locating for 17 yrs, grown and sold companies in this space, and has been asked by numerous news outlets to appear on their programming as an expert! We have multiple Team Lead’s that help new ASC’s be successful!

Other details about this opportunity:

• This is a full-time, 40 hour per week
• 100% Commission Based and a 1099 role
• In-Office role (predominantly) with flexibility (some days in office 1-2 hours only)
• You must be able to acquire your Real Estate License

Must have a car/reliable transportation, some type of computer to access internet (most use a Chromebook), and a smart phone with picture taking capabilities (all will be used daily)
