The Contract Administrator in the Work Authorization Unit will be responsible for:
The Unit also manages the Consultant Evaluations process. This position requires an Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The ability to juggle multiple priorities and exhibit clear communication is the key to success in this position. Position is eligible for telework opportunities. Duties are performed in an office setting. Communication with internal customers
Minimum QualificationsAssociates degree or certificate program in contract administration, public administration, accounting, business management, legal, or related field AND one (1) year of a combination of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants, agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, law, or a related field.
OR
High School diploma or equivalent AND three (3) years or more of experience in the review and/or administration of government contracts, grants and agreements, maintenance or construction processes, public administration, or a related field.
OR
Two (2) years or more of experience as an AOT Contracts Specialist I or AOT Contract Administrator I with the State of Vermont.
