Basic Function: Responsible for the daily care, cleaning, and enrichment of shelter animals and their environments. Compensation & Benefits:
Starting wage: $14.00/hour with potential wage increase after 90 days.
Full-time benefits beginning after 90 day successful completion: Paid Time Off and Veterinary Assistance for Personal Pets
Applicant Requirements:
Must be comfortable and able to work with all sizes and breeds of dogs
Must have own reliable transportation
Open and flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Reliable, punctual, and dependable team player
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Animal Care Attendants are responsible for providing humane care for the animals, including feeding and caring for a wide variety of animals, cleaning and maintaining kennel facilities, and assisting with pet adoptions.
