• Scope of Work: Level II Trauma, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, limited Neuro, Endo, EP Lab, ***NO OB***NO TRANSPLANTS***
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, Active FL license
• EMR: Medaxion
