Anesthesiologist

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join the established team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson Florida.

This is a high acuity program within a Level II Trauma Center offering a diverse case mix, strong team support, and a structured schedule.

Position Highlights

• Anesthesia care team with 9 anesthesiologists including 3 cardiac and 7 general and 22 CRNAs
• Coverage includes 12 ORs plus EP Lab Cath Lab and Endoscopy
• Approximately 9000 annual cases
• Broad case mix including trauma cardiac ortho endoscopy neuro spine vascular bariatric and robotics
• No pediatrics and no obstetrics
• Supervision ratio of one anesthesiologist to four CRNAs

Schedule and Call

• Monday through Friday schedule 7a to 5p
• General call one in seven in house from 3p to 7a
• Post call day off
• One 24 hour Saturday and one 24 hour Sunday call per month
• Approximately 7 calls per month per physician
• Additional call shifts compensated separately
• CRNAs provide 24 hour in house coverage
