As a Senior Andy’s Outreach Coordinator, you’ll play a meaningful, hands‑on role in managing assistance applications, facilitating financial support, and supporting fundraising and awareness efforts. This is a people‑first role that blends compassion, organization, and impact, all while working closely with leadership committees and internal partners.

What’s On Your Plate
Review and manage hardship assistance applications from start to finish
Gather, upload, and maintain documentation in Fluxx
Prepare applications for weekly Disbursement Committee meetings and document meeting minutes
Process and mail assistance payments and grant letters
Make funeral and medical payments using a PCard and track transactions in Excel
Prepare weekly deposits and assist with monthly reporting, including franchise payroll contributions
Respond to employee and Managing Partner questions via phone and email
Manage payroll deduction forms in partnership with Roadie Support
Send annual donor acknowledgment letters ($250+)
Support fundraising efforts, conferences, and Andy’s Outreach Awareness Month
Attend Finance, Marketing, and Disbursement Committee meetings
Maintain accurate scanning, filing, and recordkeeping
Jump in on additional projects as needed
Your Recipe for Success
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, HR, Communications, Social Services, or related field)
Strong ability to work independently, problem‑solve, and clearly explain eligibility requirements with empathy and professionalism
Comfortable working within software systems and handling sensitive, confidential information
Beginner‑to‑intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Fluxx
Texas Roadhouse restaurant experience and bilingual skills are a plus
