Analyst-Information Services

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Information Services leadership team in the role of Analyst-Information Services. This will be 100% onsite at Shadeland with some remote capabilities.
Key Relationships:
The A/V Systems Analyst is the operational backbone of the A/V governance model— collecting, developing, and transforming data into insights that drive decision-making, asset optimization, and user experience improvements. You manage metrics, usage trends, inventory accuracy, and service performance analytics.
Maintain and analyze A/V asset inventories, performance data, and ticket metrics across all IU Health locations.
Develop dashboards and reports for utilization, incident trends, and lifecycle forecasting.
Support the intake and prioritization of A/V support requests through ServiceNow and governance workflows.
Document system configurations, change requests, and as-built records to maintain data integrity.
Partner with engineers to identify root cause patterns and propose process or configuration improvements.
Manage dashboards for executive reporting, cost tracking, and vendor performance (MTTR, uptime, ticket closure rates).
Support audit readiness, procurement forecasting, and strategic planning.

Reports to: Manager of A/V.
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, IT operations, or A/V environment.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow reporting.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical data into business insights.
