We are seeking a Cost Accounting Analyst to support three U.S. manufacturing facilities by providing accurate product costing, inventory analysis, and operational insights that directly impact production efficiency and financial performance. This is an onsite role in our Lawrenceville, GA facility.


What You’ll Do

As a key partner to Operations and Finance, you’ll turn manufacturing data into actionable cost insights. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, overhead, BOMs, and routings
  • Prepare recurring cost reports, variance analyses, and production post‑calculations
  • Maintain and update standard costs; support new product cost estimates
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations
  • Participate in month‑end close, including journal entries and cost‑related reconciliations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and capital request analysis (basic NPV)
  • Partner with Operations to identify cost drivers and support cost‑reduction initiatives
  • Support ERP workflows and continuous improvement of costing processes (D365 preferred)
  • Provide documentation and data support for audits and special projects


What We’re Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, BOMs, routings, and overhead allocation
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working in an ERP environment (D365 strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail


Preferred Experience

  • Manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, or defense industry experience
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Finance
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
