The (RN) Lead provides leadership and coordination for clinical and support staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care within the Ambulatory Treatment Center and Pain Clinic. This role combines direct patient care responsibilities with operational oversight, staff development, and resource management.

Where you will work:
Ambulatory Treatment Center and Pain Management Clinic where patients receive procedural care in a safe and efficient environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse treatments and procedures that do not require overnight hospitalization
We're Looking For:
Requires minimum of 5 year of experience in critical care or procedural care nursing.
Strong IV skills
Preference experience in procedural care, ICU, L&D or ED
Leadership experience strongly preferred
BSN completion
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage complex situations and promote team collaboration.
Clinical expertise in surgical services and patient care processes.
What you’ll Do:
Direct daily workflow and allocate resources to support procedures and maintain smooth patient flow.
Deliver safe, therapeutic nursing care when needed, including patient assessment, care planning, and outcome evaluation.
Foster a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment through daily rounding and communication with patients, families, and staff.
Serve as a resource for employees by providing training, guidance, and performance input; assist with interviewing and onboarding.
Manage staffing schedules, monitor productivity, and adjust assignments as needed.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards; monitor quality of care.
Support budget planning and maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with management on program development, vendor coordination, and product trials.
Demonstrate age-specific care competencies and adhere to departmental standards.
Department Description
Provide nursing care for patients undergoing infusions, injections, and same-day procedures
Treatment of chronic diseases (diabetes, cardiac, rheumatology)
Administer IV medications, biologics, hydration therapy, and pain management injections
Support minor procedures including:
Large wound vac changes
Bone marrow biopsies
Thoracentesis
Removal of lipomas
Suture removals
Joint injections
Endometrial biopsies
Procedures performed under MAC IV sedation
Assist with Specialty Services - ENT and dental inpatient cases, including:
Scopes, biopsies, voice gel injections to vocal cords, trach changes, eye lasers, and nose bleeds
Procedures performed under MAC IV sedation
