The Thompson Seattle is hiring for a full-time prep/breakfast cook to join our team. This position will spend a few days a week on the breakfast line as well as a few days doing prep work and assisting where needed. We are looking for a responsible and motivated team player that can manage their workstation, communicate well with others around them, and brings a positive attitude. The ideal candidate:
-Reports directly to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
-Must have open availability to work weekdays and weekends
-Is driven and has a good work ethic.
-Maintains a positive attitude.
-Has the ability to successfully manage their tickets during service.
-Communicates well with others around them.
-Maintains a clean and sanitized work station.
-Is able to produce in a fast paced work environment.
-Is able to manage prep for their station and maintain an accurate daily prep list.
-Has previous experience in both breakfast and prep positions.

Hourly roles with five-year rates: The hourly starting rate for this position is $28.16 s increasing to $28.66 after 90 days. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for five years, which is an additional $0.50
Hourly roles with seven-year rates: The hourly starting rate for this position is $28.16 increasing to $28.66 after 90 days. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for seven years, which is an additional $0.75
Hourly roles with ten-year rates: The hourly starting rate for this position is $28.16 increasing to $28.66 after 90 days. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for ten years, which is an additional $1.00
