The Aladdin Client Business is growing rapidly, with the volume of new client deals growing each year. We are at the next phase of our growth and are evolving into a business with multiple new product launches. Successful candidates will join in our efforts to help our clients onboard the world’s leading end-to-end operating system to manage investment portfolios and transform their business.

Your Team

The Aladdin Client Transformationteamis responsible forthe installation and deployment of Aladdin, and related products and services, globally,across public and private markets. Aladdin transformations are high-profile initiatives that provide team members with significant client exposure and play an active role in redefinition of investment organizations. A typical transformation project is at least as much about processes and implementing change as it is about investments & technology. Wehelp clients achieve ambitious strategicobjectives, which rangefrom streamlining investment workflows to organizational strategy, to unifying their investment analytics & risk reporting framework, to modernizing their overall investment process. We develop advisory partnerships with our clients at the most senior levels, which continue to growpost golive of our solutions.

You will be joining as an implementation specialist within the Client Transformation team focusing on high value deliverables.

Your responsibilities

• Design documents & production of technical specifications
• Develop/implement configurations according to technical specifications
• Build tools for data migration (importing templates, scripts)
• Build interfaces for 3rd party software
• Develop and configure workflows
• Develop and deliver screen functionality and screen layouts that meet specifications through the use of eFront scripting tools and technologies
• Documentation and archiving of all configuration work for future reference
• Work with Product Developers and/or Support Team on advanced requirements
• Analyze and provide solutions to standard performance issues

You have…

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (ie. Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
• Minimum 4 years related experience
• Prior experience as Consultant in Finance domain
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
• Ability to work independently and also collaboratively as part of a team
• Technical proficiency in range of technologies including .NET (VB, C#, ASP.NET), SQL
• Keen interest or background in Financial Services, Private Equity

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$115,000.00 - USD$147,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
